PSAC Golf Athletes of Week - 6
In a tune up for the league Championships, Gannon's JESS SLONAKER and Mercyhurst's TYLER BIDWELL picked up the final PSAC Athletes of the Week for the fall season in Women's and Men's Golf.

Sunbury (Shikellamy)
Slonaker helped Gannon finish third out of 10 teams at the Allegheny Invitational, in a field that also included PSAC foe Mercyhurst. The Golden Knights top placewinner, Slonaker shot an 84 for the one-round event, tying her for sixth overall out of 55 golfers.
Men's
Tyler Bidwell - Mercyhurst

Saegertown (Saegertown)
Bidwell competed in tournament action Saturday through Monday, garnering a third place in his first tournament and a medalist finish in the next. In Mercyhurst’s Invitational, he placed third out of 32 competitors, carding rounds of 1-over 73 and 2-under 70, four shots off the top score. In Gannon’s one-day tournament, Bidwell registered a 1-under 71 to claim the top spot and help his Laker squad edge out Gannon and Lake Erie College for the team title. Bidwell was the only player under par for the round.
