Several PSAC Teams and Individuals Wrap up Season at NCAA Cross Country Championships

Women's Results
Several PSAC teams and individuals wrapped up the 2009 season at the NCAA Division II Men's and Women's Cross Country championships on Saturday, held in Evansville, Ind. and hosted by Southern Indiana.
The men's contingent was led by Edinboro and Atlantic Regional champion Shippensburg, which led the PSAC and the region by finishing 12th and 13th, respectively. The women had three teams place in the top 20, led by Kutztown in 14th place. The Golden Bears were followed by Shippensburg in 15th place and Bloomsburg in 17th place.
Individually, Millersville's Priscilla Jennings was the top PSAC finisher in the women's race, coming in 8th place. Slippery Rock's Jennifer Harpp was 11th while Shippensburg's Mary Dell came in 21st. PSAC and NCAA regional individual champion Neely Spence of Shippensburg was among the early leaders but faded late and finished in 43rd place.
PSAC individual men's champion Nick Hilton of Lock Haven was the top PSAC finisher on the men's side, finishing in 25th place. IUP's Hillary Mugun was next in 33rd place.
