Barrick had a sensational week on the mat for Shippensburg picking up two more wins. On Tuesday he defeated Kutztown’s Sonny Flood 3-1 in a low scoring battle. Barrick continued Wednesday night defeating UPJ’s Steve Makin, the No. 1-ranked wrestler in the East Region. Barrick won the match with a convincing 10-1 major decision. With the win, Barrick improved his overall record to 22-3 and also marked the 13th time this season that he scored bonus points in a match. He was not taken down in either match and only yielded two escape points.

Fendone pulled off a sudden victory overtime thriller over 12th-ranked Zach Sheaffer of Pittsburgh Friday night. The Fighting Scot picked up the 4-2 sudden victory after trailing 2-0 with just 11 seconds left in the match. Fendone escaped with 6 seconds left to make it 2-1, and Sheaffer was penalized for stalling with one second left forcing overtime. Fendone finished the match by scoring the winning takedown with 11 seconds remaining in overtime. The victory was the senior's 100th of his career.
Gregor Gillespie – Edinboro

Gregor Gillespie broke the school record for career wins when he won his 146th match on Sunday at WVU. His 14-0 major decision over Ryan Goodman gives him a 146-10 career record.
