Lock Haven, Pa. - The field for the 2009 PSAC lacrosse tournament has been set with the conclusion of the regular season last night. Lock Haven, the PSAC West champion and the No. 1 seed from the Western Division, will host Bloomsburg, Mercyhurst and West Chester. The semifinals will begin on Friday with the championship game set for Saturday afternoon.
The semifinals will kick off on Friday at 1:00 p.m. with host Lock Haven facing the Eastern Division's No. 2 seed, Bloomsburg. At 4:00 p.m., Mercyhurst and defending tournament champion West Chester will face off. Saturday's championship game will take place at 4:00 p.m. with the winners of Friday's games facing off.
