Bloomsburg, Pa. - Kutztown won three out of the six singles matches that were finished and also captured two of the three doubles matches to defeated Bloomsburg 5-2 to capture the 2009 PSAC men's tennis team championship. Mercyhurst topped Millersville 5-3 in the consolation match to take third place.

With the win, the Golden Bears won their eighth PSAC championship in the last 10 years and took the title back from Bloomsburg, which had defeated the Bears last year in the championship to end Kutztown's four-year run as conference champions.
