No. 4 Bloomsburg and No. 10 Shippensburg will square-off at Seth Grove Stadium, as one team walks away losing its undefeated status and one owning the Eastern Division crown. The Red Raiders have the No. 1 total offense in the country averaging 565.63 yards per game, while the Huskies counter with the No.4 total offense in Division II averaging 502.63.
 
In the West, Slippery Rock will be traveling to No.13 California looking to upset the No. 1 team of the West. Mercyhurst will be traveling to Edinboro and No. 16 IUP is set to host Clarion this Saturday. IUP’s defense boasts the No. 1 total defense (224.38 yards per game) and scoring defense (9.7 point per game) in the country.

Game Notes
Edinboro enters Saturday after suffering a 38-31 overtime loss close loss to Slippery Rock. Mercyhurst is also following a loss, 31-13 to IUP. Mercyhurst’s loss ended a six game winning streak.
- Edinboro has the fourth best passing offense and defense in the PSAC, while Mercyhurst has the third best rush offense and pass defense.
- Edinboro quarterback, Cody Harris, leads the team in rushing yards gained (332) and passing yards (2,016). He also leads the team in rushing touchdowns (7) and adds 12 more touchdowns through the air.
- Mercyhurst’s Brandon Brown-Dukes has been the difference maker in the run game. He has went over 1,000 yards rushing and adds 11 touchdowns.
- Edinboro receiver, Marcus Johnson, is Harris’ go-to-receiver with five touchdowns and 531 yards.
- On the defensive side of the ball for Edinboro, Kenny Pettis has been a playmaker with a pair of interceptions and an average return of 50 yards. Pettis also leads the team in tackles with 83, good for second in the conference.
- Mercyhurst quarterback, Anthony Vendemia, adds over a thousand yards passing and has 12 passing touchdowns

Game Notes
Cheyney is following a27-13 loss to Bloomsburg and West Chester is following a loss to Shippensburg, 42-24.
Cheyney averages 163.6 rushing yards per game (8th in the PSAC) and boasts a strong pass defense that only allows 217.1 average yards per game (6th).
West Chester holds the fourth best rush defense that only gives up 109.8 rushing yards per game.
- Cheyney quarterback, Blaze Wasserleben and running back, Marcus Jones leads the rushing attack with 427 and 434 yards, respectively.
West Chester’s running back, Rondell White, has reached the thousand yard mark on the nose and adds eight touchdowns. Quarterback Mike Mattei has contributed over two thousand yards passing along with 22 touchdowns.
On defense for West Chester, Ronnell Williams leads the team and league with 96 tackles.

Game Notes
Two of the nation’s best D-II squads will square-off on Saturday to find out who is the beast in the East, as SU’s top ranked scoring offense in the PSAC takes on the league’s best rushing offense in Bloomsburg.
Bloomsburg’s rushing attack that averages an astounding 333.6 ypg will go against Shippensburg’s strong rush defense that only allows 90.8 ypg.
- Shippensburg's 12 consecutive wins leads Division II and is the second longest streak in the NCAA. Bloomsburg’s nine-game winning streak that dates back to last season is tied for the third longest ac­tive streak in Division II.
Franklin Quiteh is second in Division II in rushing with 168.75 yards per game for BU. He has scored two or more rushing touchdowns in four straight games and five overall this season. His 14 overall TD's are tied for the PSAC lead.
- Defensively for Bloomsburg, senior linebacker Jarrett Pidgeon is the squad’s leading tackler with 65. Pidgeon had a career-high 17 tackles in Bloomsburg’s win over Cheyney last weekend.
- Saturday will also feature two PSAC sacks leaders. Bloomsburg’s Larry Webster ranks fourth in the PSAC with 8.5 sacks, and Shippensburg’s Jake Metz has run through opposing offensive lines this season on nine occasions.
- Shippensburg quarterback Zach Zulli has put up astounding record-breaking numbers in the Red Raider passing attack. He's thrown for 3,065 yards, 38 touchdowns, and has just three interceptions in 2012 to give him the top passing efficiency (183.65) and total offense (396.00) in the PSAC.
- Shippensburg holds a 42-32-1 lead in the series against the Huskies, including a 26-11-1 mark at home. The Red Raiders have lost five of the last six meetings between the two teams.

Game Notes
Clarion comes into Saturday’s matchup against IUP having just survived against Lock Haven one Saturday ago. The Golden Eagles notched a last second touchdown pass to take the 30-28 win. IUP is following a win over Mercyhurst 31-13.
- IUP continues to boast the conference’s best overall defense, scoring defense, and rushing defense along with the second best rush attack that averages 302.1 ypg.
- Clarion quarterback, Ben Fiscus, leads the team in rushing yards (570) along with passing yards (1,906) and a total of 17 touchdowns. Fiscus earned PSAC West Offensive Athlete of the Week for leading Clarion on a 90-yard, 12-play drive in the final 1:21 of the game.
- IUP running back Harvie Tuck continues to carry the load with 1,428 rushing yards and 14 touchdowns. He tops the PSAC in both categories.
- Fiscus’ top target this season has been receiver Jon Reid who has 669 yards which is 5th most in the conference.
- On defense for IUP, Johnny Franco has four interceptions and 31 tackles. He is tied for the conference lead in interceptions.
- Saturday will marking the 83rd meeting between the Crimson Hawks and Clarion, with the first meeting dating back to 1926. IUP holds the series lead at 55-24-3.

LIU Post is following a 20-15 win over Millersville, and East Stroudsburg is coming-off a 59-33 loss to Kutztown.
East Stroudsburg kicker, Taylor Groff was 4-for-4 on field goals in last week’s game versus Kutztown. He is one of three PSAC kickers to make four field goals in a game this year, and one of four in ESU history.
East Stroudsburg quarterback Matt Soltes has passed for 1437 yards and nine touchdowns for the fifth ranked passing offense in the conference.
For LIU Post, quarterback Steve Laurino continues to lead the team in rushing touchdowns with seven and adds 11 touchdowns through the air.
ESU and LIU Post have met 12 times since 1978, with the Warriors holding a 7-5 advantage. ESU won seven of the first nine encounters, but LIU Post has won the last three meetings.

Slippery Rock is following a win over Edinboro, 38-31, while California (Pa.) is following a shut-out over Gannon, 41-0.
- The Vulcans posted their second-straight shutout of the year and rushed for four touchdowns in last Saturday’s victory.
- Slippery Rock’s senior running back Akeem Satterfield leads the team with 587 rushing yards this year and ranks eighth in school history with over 2,800 career rushing yards.
- This weekend's contest will feature two junior wide receivers in Trey Johnson (Cal U) and LaQuinn Stephens-Howling (Slippery Rock) that started their collegiate careers as reserve running backs. Johnson ranks second on the team this year in all three major receiving categories, including five touchdown receptions. In his first two years, he posted 485 rushing yards and made only 10 catches. Stephens-Howling leads The Rock with 28 receptions and five touchdowns this year after rushing for 522 yards over the last two seasons.
- Last weekend against Gannon, the Vulcans registered a pair of blocked kicks on special teams for the third time in the last six years.
Slippery Rock leads the all-time series between the foes at 43-28-3. The first meeting came in 1919 and resulted in a 7-0 California win.

- Kutztown running back, Curtis Wortham leads the rushing attack with 11 touchdowns.
Kutztown quarterback, Kevin Morton has 2,441 passing yards and 26 touchdowns on the year. He will go up against the conference’s fifth best passing defense that only allows 203.4 ypg this weekend.

Game Notes
Lock Haven in following a heartbreaking 30-28 last-second loss to Clarion. Gannon is also following a loss to California in which they were shut-out 41-0.
- Gannon features the conference’s best pass defense in terms of yards allowed per game (160.5) which is almost a yard off from what Lock Haven’s pass offense gets per game (161.7).
- Liam Nadler leads the Gannon passing attack with 2,224 yards passing and 13 touchdowns.
- Nadler’s prime target is receiver Abraham Ocasio who has 736 yards receiving, good enough for fourth in the conference.
On defense for Gannon, Will Giles leads the team and conference with four interceptions. He also leads the team in tackles with 77.
- For Lock Haven, Jarrett Kratzer leads the passing attack with 1,145 passing yards and five touchdowns.
- On defense for Lock Haven, George Christas has been a play-maker with two interceptions for an average of 52.5 average return yards. He also adds 51 tackles, the second best on the LHU squad.
