The final game of the regular season is a crossover week with some of the top PSAC teams vying for playoff spots. Shippensburg and IUP are squaring-off in the PSAC Championship game at 2:05 p.m. in Indiana, Pa. More information about the Championship game can be found here.

Bloomsburg, whose only loss of the season came from Ship, will be traveling to Slippery Rock, who is riding a four game winning streak. Mercyhurst holds an 8-2 and will face East Stroudsburg in a regular season finale. Cheyney will travel to Lock Haven this weekend, as both squads are looking to break their losing streaks and earn its first PSAC victory this season.

Game Notes
- Last week, East Stroudsburg won defeated Millersville, 62-14. Mercyhurst bumped California out of the PSAC title run with a 40-7 win last Saturday.
-  East Stroudsburg’s Redshirt QB Matt Soltes was named PSAC East Offensive Player of the Week for the 3rd time in 5 weeks for his performance at Millersville. He gained 382 yards (256 passing, 126 rushing) and 4 TDs in just three quarters.
- Soltes has accounted for 1,444 yards (1,154 passing, 290 rushing) in the last 3 weeks, the most in school history, surpassing Ray Wagner's 1,437 yards last year.
- Mercyhurst running back, Brandon Brown-Dukes leads the rushing attack with 1,097 rushing yards and is backed up by Allen Jones II who has rushed for 571 yards. They combine for 18 touchdowns on the season. Last weekend, Brown-Dukes set the single season rushing touchdowns Mercyhurst record with 15.
- Mercyhurst also boasts the PSAC’s strongest pass defense that only gives up 151.3 yards per game. However, East Stroudsburg has the PSAC’s third strongest passing offense with 317.7 passing yards per game.
 - East Stroudsburg and Mercyhurst finish their 2012 seasons in the first ever matchup between the two teams.

- Last week Gannon lost by just a field to IUP in a 38-35 hard fought battle. LIU Post’s game was postponed due to the tragedies associated with Hurricane Sandy.
Gannon quarterback, Liam Nadler leads the offense with 2,575 passing yards and 17 touchdowns. His passing yards total ranks him third in the PSAC.
- Also ranked third in the PSAC is Gannon receiver Abraham Ocasio with 886 receiving yards and 10 touchdowns.
- Leading the offense for LIU Post is quarterback Steve Laurino. Laurino has rushed for 7 touchdowns, thrown for 14 more, and has over 1,500 total yards.

Game Notes
Kutztown’s game against LIU Post was postponed last week due to Hurricane Sandy. Edinboro won by a score of 48-13 over Clarion.
- Kutztown boasts an offense that is not only ranked among the tops in the PSAC but also in Division II. It ranks second in the PSAC in total offense, passing offense, and scoring offense.
Edinboro is strongest in the passing game where it is ranked fifth in the PSAC in passing offense and defense.
- On defense for Edinboro, Kenny Pettis leads the charge with 98 tackles, second in the league, and a pair of interceptions. 
The Golden Bears' offense is led by quarterback Kevin Morton and running back Curtis Wortham. Wortham has rushed for 764 yards and 14 touchdowns, while Morton has passed for 2785 yards and 29 touchdowns.
 - Edinboro quarterback, Cody Harris leads the attack on offense. Harris has passed for over 2,100 yards and has 13 touchdowns this season. He also adds eight more touchdowns in the rushing game.

- West Chester lost by just one point (24-23) to Bloomsburg last week in a true nail-biter. Clarion dropped a 48-13 loss to Edinboro.
- For Clarion, Ben Fiscus leads the team in rushing with 636 yards and five touchdowns. In the passing game, Fiscus adds 2,296 yards and 14 touchdowns.
- On defense for Clarion, Brian Plamiere leads the team in tackles with 77.
- West Chester's running back Rondell White leads the rushing stampede with 1,321 rushing yards and 10 touchdowns. Mike Mattei adds 2,350 yards and 25 touchdowns via the passing game. White adds another 597 yards and seven touchdowns through the air.
- West Chester’s Ronell Williams leads the Golden Rams and the conference with 111 total tackles.

- Slippery Rock defeated Lock Haven last week, 35-7, while Bloomsburg beat West Chester, 24-23.
- Bloomsburg senior wide receiver, Ryan Dickerson, has caught a touchdown pass in six straight games, the most by a Bloomsburg player dating back to 2000. 
- Defensively for Bloomsburg, sophomore linebacker Justin Shirk tallied a career-high 14 tackles including eight solo stops and two for a loss last week against West Chester, earning him the PSAC East Defensive Athlete of the Week. On special teams, Shirk has a team-leading 14 tackles.
- For Slippery Rock, the offensive attack is led by junior quarterback Nigel Barksdale, who has passed for 1,451 yards and 14 touchdowns and rushed for 507 yards and seven TDs this season.
-  Satterfield leads The Rock in rushing with 642 yards and four TDs while slotback LaQuinn Stephens-Howling is SRU's top receiver with 34 catches for 433 yards and five TDs.
- On defense for Slippery Rock, junior linebackers Gary Allen and Quindell Dean are The Rock's leading tacklers with 81 and 72, respectively.
 - The Rock and Huskies have not met since 2005, when the Huskies recorded a 40-24 victory on their home turf. Bloomsburg has won each of the last eight meetings with The Rock. The last SRU win over BU came in 1983.

-  Lock Haven running back, Brandon Brader carried the ball 25 times for 62 yards last week. Coming into the game, Brader needed just four yards to move into sole possession of eighth-place on Lock Haven's all-time career rushing list. He's now 134 yards away from seventh.
- Lock Haven quarterback, Jarrett Kratzer, leads the passing attack with 1,453 yards and six touchdowns.
- For Cheyney, quarterback Blaze Wasserleben leads the way for the Wolves. He averages 49.9 yds./game on the ground (three TDs) and 60 yds/game through the air (four TDs).
- Cheyney running back, Marcus Jones averages 65.9 yds./game on the ground and has two TDs.
- On defense for Cheyney, Isaiah Fleming leads the team and is ranked third in the PSAC with 94 total tackles.
- Lock Haven leads the all-time series 14-1 with Cheyney's only win coming the last time the two schools met in 2007, 30-19.
