Baseball: Eastern Division Athlete of the Week 
6520 Alec O’Dell
Kutztown (Jr. / IF/OF)
Edgewood, Md. / West Chester Bayard Rustin
 
O'Dell slugged 1.364 and went 7-for-11 at the plate in last weekend's series split with nationally-ranked East Stroudsburg. He hit .636 with a homer, a triple, and seven RBIs. He hit a two-run homer in game two at KU on Thursday, and went 3-for-4 in Saturday's opener on the road with a season-high-tying four RBI, including three in the final two innings.
 
 

Baseball: Eastern Division Pitcher of the Week

Belinda led Lock Haven to an important PSAC East win over Shippensburg on Saturday. He threw a two-hit gem on the way to a complete game victory. LHU won 3-1, and Ship’s only run was unearned. Over seven innings of work, Belinda struck out 10 and allowed only one walk. 
 

Baseball: Western Division Athlete of the Week
6527 Nate Cardy

Cardy led Gannon to a perfect week, sweeping a four-game series against Pitt-Johnstown and extending the Golden Knights’ win streak to nine games. He hit .538 (7-13) with a 1.077 slugging percentage and .615 on-base percentage in four contests. Cardy recorded four runs, one double, two home runs, nine RBIs, and 14 total bases. He was perfect in 14 fielding opportunities. He hit .714 (5-7) with runners on base, .667 (4-6) with runners in scoring position and .750 (3-4) with two outs. Cardy had three two-out RBIs and drove home a run three times in four at-bats with a runner on third base and less than two outs. He raised his average 16 points to a team-best .447 mark. He opened the weekend by going 1-for-2 with a sacrifice during both games of a doubleheader sweep at home. Cardy ripped a double and had two RBIs during a 6-4 victory in the nightcap. Cardy went 5-for-9 with three runs, seven RBIs and two home runs during a twinbill sweep at Pitt-Johnstown. He kicked off the road doubleheader with a 2-for-4 showing, scoring twice and driving home three runs. Cardy hit a three-run homer that ignited a six-run fifth inning. He went 3-for-5 with one run and four RBIs in the second game. He led off the seventh with a solo home run, sparking a three-run inning. Cardy generated his team-best 11th multiple-RBI game. Cardy leads Gannon in average (.447), hits (38), home runs (3), RBIs (34), total bases (56) and slugging percentage (.659) through 25 games.
 

Baseball: Western Division Co- Pitcher of the Week

Perry improved to 4-0 on the season with a complete game two-hit shutout victory in the series opener vs Cal. DellaValle needed just 67 pitches to record the win. Perry struck out 2 and walked none. He lowered his ERA to 0.23 on the season. Opponents are hitting just .156 vs DellaValle on the season. He has not allowed an earned run in 28 innings, just giving up one unearned run over the stretch. 
 
 

Baseball: Wester Division Co-Pitcher of the Week 
6530 Tyler Delval

Delval was dominant in his start on Friday, throwing a complete game two-hit shutout against the IUP Crimson Hawks as the Golden Eagles won their first PSAC West game of the season. Delval tossed seven shutout innings against the Crimson Hawks, striking out seven and walking none. He did not allow an IUP baserunner until two outs in the top of the fourth inning when Wes Carson hit a double to right field. The only other Crimson Hawk to reach base was Rick Jones, who led off the fifth with a single, but he was erased from the base paths after Delval induced a 6-4-3 double play. Delval is now 2-1 on the season and has a 2.57 ERA in his four starts. He has struck out 28 and walked only four in 28.0 IP.
 

Softball: Central Division Athlete of the Week
6457 Rachael Sterner

Sterner hit safely in all four games during the week for the Mountaineers. She posted a .615 batting average with eight hits in 13 at-bats including three doubles. She was an impressive 3-for-3 in Mansfield's 4-3 win at Lock Haven. She had three multi-hit games in the four games played. She had a .846 slugging percentage and .643 on-base percentage over the four-game span.

Softball: Central Division Pitcher of the Week

Parker went 2-0 with a 0.00 ERA last week, including a no-hitter. She first threw a five-hit shutout in a 6-0 win over Goldey-Beacom College, fanning six and walking just one. Then she closed out the week with a five-inning, no-hitter against IUP which the Huskies won 9-0. She walked two and fanned seven in the win. For the week she pitched 12 innings, allowed just five hits, walked three, and struck out 13. She also helped herself with the bat hitting .588 with three homers and nine RBI and five doubles with eight runs scored. Her slugging percentage was 1.412 with a .632 on-base percentage.
 
 

Softball: Eastern Division Athlete of the Week
6528 Sara Keeny

Freshman leadoff hitter Sara Keeny continues to play well for KU, who's on a 13-game winning streak and 4-0 in the PSAC East. She hit .533 over the weekend with a team-high eight hits and a perfect 3-for-3 in stolen bases. She went 4-for-4 in Friday's game one against Shippensburg with two runs scored. On Saturday at ESU, she went a combined 4-for-8 with three runs and two stolen bases. Keeny is second in the PSAC in batting average at .490 this year while starting in all 28 games. She leads the conference with 28 runs, 49 hits and 17 stolen bases.
 

Softball: Eastern Division Pitcher of the Week
6521 Brianna Andraos
Millersville (Sr. / P)
Malvern, Pa. / West Chester East
 
Andraos pitched 23.1 innings and posted a 2-1 record over four appearances, helping Millersville to a 4-2 week that included a sweep of East Stroudsburg. Andraos allowed just three runs and 18 hits while striking out 16 in her four appearances. She tossed back-to-back complete game shutouts against Bowie State and East Stroudsburg, giving just up seven hits in 14 innings.
 
 

Softball: Western Division Athlete of the Week
6523 Hailey Wilson
California (So. / DP)
Delaware, Ohio / Olentangy
 
Wilson collected six hits and four RBI on Saturday, as the Vulcans extended their winning streak to 17 games last week. She drew a walk and scored once in Game 2 on Friday at Slippery Rock before going a combined 6-for-8 with four RBI and three runs scored in a doubleheader sweep at Mercyhurst on Saturday.
 
 

Softball: Western Division Pitcher of the Week

Dawson tossed the first shutout of her career in Slippery Rock's first PSAC-West victory of the season. Dawson struck out six batters, just one shy of her career high. 

Lacrosse Athlete of the Week

Kilian led No. 6 Lock Haven to a pair of dominating PSAC victories last week. LHU beat Shippensburg, 18-7 and downed Edinboro, 15-7. Kilian led LHU’s potent attack with five goals and eight assists (13 points). She had two goals and six assists in the win over Shippensburg and added three goals and two assists in the win over Edinboro. The 2-0 week helped Lock Haven remain undefeated at 8-0 overall and 4-0 in PSAC play. 
 

Men's Tennis Athlete of the Week

Ranked second in Atlantic Region in singles by Oracle/ITA, Albanese defeated West Liberty's Baptist Perrin on Friday, who was ranked first in that same poll. Albanese avenged a finals loss to Perrin in Atlantic Region singles championship on September 27. Albanese then teamed up with Camilo Moncayo to defeat Andrew Ponder and Santiago Gutierrez, who were ranked first in doubles in Atlantic Region. Defeated Davis & Elkins' Vincent Hamon on Saturday and paired with Moncayo again to beat Hamon and Jack Clifton.
 
 

Women's Tennis: Eastern Division Athlete of the Week

Shaak went undefeated in singles and doubles as the West Chester Golden Rams went 2-1 last week. She began by blanking her opponent 6-0, 6-0 and teamed with Claire Uhle for a 8-0 win in doubles against Salem International. Then hung on for a 6-4, 6-3 singles win over Goldey-Beacom and a 8-2 doubles win in a 3-6 loss. Finally took a singles and doubles win against Kutztown as well to wrap up the week. 
 

Women's Tennis: Western Division Athlete of the Week

Witherspoon posted a pair of wins at No. 46 Mercyhurst on Saturday, as Cal U extended its win streak to eight matches. In singles, she registered a 7-6, 6-4 victory at the third position against regionally-ranked Carmen Mantecon Duro. Witherspoon teamed with Holly Bennett at second doubles to earn an 8-4 win over the third-ranked double team in the region.
 

Men's Track Athlete of the Week

Adighibe made his outdoor debut with the Shippensburg University men's outdoor track & field team on Saturday and broke the school record in the 200 meters, highlighting a strong opening weekend for the Raiders at the Fred Hardy Invitational hosted by Richmond University. Adighibe was a busy sprinter on Saturday, but his signature performance was a victorious time of 21.43 seconds in the 200 meters – eclipsing Matt Kujawski's 2013 record of 21.52 seconds. The performance is a NCAA-provisional qualifier. Also on Saturday, Adighibe ran the 100 meters in a second-place time of 10.69 seconds and the second leg of a 4x100-meter relay of 41.38 seconds.
 

Men's Field Athlete of the Week 
6540 Travis Toth

Toth had a NCAA DII provisional mark in the hammer with a trow of 198-9 feet at Lafayette last Friday. His mark is #1 in PSAC and #6 in DII through 2 weeks of outdoor season. The throw is two inches off his personal record of 198-11, which won him the 2014 PSAC title. Toth is an All-America 2nd team in weight throw indoors, he placed 10th in DII. He won PSAC indoor title in the weight throw, his third career PSAC title. Toth won the 2014 PSAC title and placed 8th in DII in the hammer throw in 2014 (most recent season of outdoor competition - redshirted in 2015).
 

Women's Track Athlete of the Week

Posted an NCAA Provisional time of 34:39.28 in the 10,000-meter at the Raleigh Relays. Her time was the fastest in the PSAC and the second fastest in DII. Narbuvoll is only six seconds off of an NCAA Automatic Qualifying mark. 
 

Women's Field Athlete of the Week 
6292 Kaylee Caruso

Montoursville, Pa. / Montoursville
 
At the season-opening Dr. Jack Toms Invitational in Lynchburg, Va. on March 19, Caruso broke the school record and posted an NCAA Provisional qualifying mark of 5.97 meters in the long jump. Her jump of 5.97 meters surpassed her old mark of 5.91 meters and is also third best in the country so far this season for Division II.
