The Golden Rams swept the awards on the men&rsquo;s side as Tommy Rhoads is the Freshman of the Year and head coach Jamie Rudisill is the Coach of the Year. Clarion&rsquo;s Kayla Shull is the Women&rsquo;s Freshman of the Year while Kutztown head coach Tim Flannery is the Coach of the Year. ]]></description><enclosure url="http://psacsports.org/images/2010/4/1/rp_primary_AoY_Swimming_10.jpg" length="61996" type="image/jpg" /><pubDate>Thu, 01 Apr 2010 13:47:40 GMT</pubDate></item><item><title>Borkowski Claims Third National Title, Clarion Divers Claim Three Titles to Highlight PSAC Performances at NCAA Swimming &amp;amp; Diving Championships </title><link>http://psacsports.org/news/2010/3/10/MSWIM_0310102221.aspx</link><description><![CDATA[<img src="http://psacsports.org/images/2010/3/10/rp_primary_NCAAswim10.jpg" /><br /><br />West Chester's Jackie Borkowski won her third individual national championship of the meet, as she completed the freestyle sprint trifecta on Saturday by winning the 100 free to go along with her titles in both the 50 and 200 free won earlier this week. She was awarded the female Swimmer of the Meet honor. Clarion men's diver Logan Pearsall captured his second individual title of the meet as he won the men's 3-meter springboard title on Saturday. After a month-long layoff, the PSAC weekly swimming awards begin again this week and will follow in each week up until the week of the PSAC Swimming Championships next month. The duo helped their respective teams to a combined 5-1 record in dual meets over the last week.
