Lock Haven’s STACEY BORGIA (East) and California’s MARTA HODGE (West) lifted their teams to undefeated records with one week left in the regular season and have been honored with PSAC Volleyball Athletes of the Week.
Stacey Borgia – Lock Haven

Borgia had a huge game in the Lady Eagles 3-0 win over Millersville this past week. Borgia had 16 kills while hitting .762. She also had a team-high three aces, four digs and two blocks while keeping Lock Haven perfect in the PSAC East at 10-0. On the season Borgia is hitting a conference leading .474 and averages a PSAC East leading 3.61 kills per game.
Marta Hodge - California
Libero | Senior

Behind Hodge’s stellar defensive play, the Vulcans captured the number one seed in the PSAC Tournament. Hodge averaged 5.00 digs in California’s two matches last week, collecting 12 digs in a 3-0 at IUP and 18 digs and three aces in a 3-0 win over Gannon. She is now second in school history with 1,743 career digs and entered last week ranked sixth in the nation in digs per set.
