Veteran Corey Bowers captured the 133-pound title at the East Stroudsburg Open this past weekend after just winning two weeks ago at the National Catholic Invitational. He was 5-0 for the day, recorded two pins against Cullen Insenberg of Rutgers and Ky Corley of North Carolina and two major decisions over Zach Haynes of Delaware Valley and Mike Doria of Nassau. In the Championship match Bower’s collected his third fall of the tournament and his seventh of the season at the 4:51 mark against Drexel’s Frank Cimato.
