Lock Haven, Pa. - Two former PSAC standouts have been selected to the roster for the annual NFL Pro Bowl, which will be played this Sunday in Honolulu, Hawaii. This year's Pro Bowl will kick off at 7:00 p.m. and will be televised by NBC.

Former Shippensburg running back John Kuhn and former Bloomsburg offensive lineman Jahri Evans are both on the NFC roster for the Pro Bowl. Kuhn, now a fullback for the Green Bay Packers, was selected to his first Pro Bowl but will not play in the game due to injury. Kuhn recently completed his sixth season in the NFL. At Shippensburg, Kuhn was the 2003 PSAC West Offensive Player of the Year, a three-time All-PSAC West First Team selection and a two-time Academic All-American and PSAC Top 10 selection. Kuhn's selection marks the second straight year that a former Red Raiders is on the Pro Bowl roster after his former Shippensburg teammate and current Atlanta Falcon Brent Grimes earned a Pro Bowl spot last season.

Evans, who two years ago played in the Super Bowl for the New Orleans Saints, is on the Pro Bowl roster for the third straight season. He earned his first berth following the 2009 season but did not play in the game since the Saints were in the Super Bowl. He played in last year's game and is scheduled to start this year's game at offensive guard. He is also just completing his sixth season in the NFL and has started all 16 games during the regular season for the Saints in each of his six seasons in the league. At Bloomsburg, Evans was a three-time first team All-PSAC East selection from 2003-05.
