BIRMINGHAM, Ala. --- 12 PSAC wrestlers earned All-American honors at the 2017 NCAA DII National Championships Saturday at the Birmingham CrossPlex in Birmingham, Ala.
Mercyhurst's Willie Bohince claimed All-America accolades for the fourth time in his career after finishing second in the 125-pound weight class for the second consecutive season.

Kutztown was 16th with 26.5 while Pitt-Johnstown followed with 25.5.

Six PSAC wrestlers are still alive and wrestling for an NCAA DII title following Friday's first round and quarterfinal bouts. Below are individual results for each of the six wrestlers vying for a national championship.

Kutztown leads all PSAC teams with 22 points and is tied for 10th. Gannon (21.5), Mercyhurst (20.5) and UPJ (13.5) are 12th, 13th and 18th, respectively in the team standings. Shippensburg is 25th with nine points.
NCAA DII CHAMPIONSHIPS PREVIEW
INDIANAPOLIS, Pa. --- 28 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference wrestlers will participate in the NCAA Division II Wrestling Championships March 10 & 11 in Birmingham, Ala.
Seven schools will boast representatives while Gannon, Pitt-Johnstown, Seton Hill and Mercyhurst have five each. Kutztown has four members ogoing while East Stroudsburg has two
and Shippensburg has one.
SUPER REGION I DAY TWO RECAP
ERIE, Pa. --- Four Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference wrestlers won their respective weight classes in the NCAA DII East Super Region Saturday afternoon in Erie, Pa.
Pitt-Johntown's Chris Eddins claimed the crown at 141 pounds while teammate Cody Law duplicated the success at 157.
Shippensburg's Evan Ramos won at 197 pounds and Mercyhurst's Andrew Welton claimed his second consecutive Super Regional title at 285 pounds.
The top four finishers at each weight class advance to the NCAA Division II Championship, which will be held March 10-11 in Birmingham, Ala.
Notre Dame (Ohio) claimed the team title with 155 points while Gannon was second with 116.5. Seven PSAC teams finished in the top 10.
