LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference is pleased to announce its 2025 Spring Top 10 award recipients, as nominated and voted on by the Sports Information and Athletic Communications professionals of the conference.
The PSAC Top 10 was initiated in the 1998-99 academic year and is awarded to those men’s and women’s student-athletes who excel in both the classroom and athletic competition.
The honorees for Spring 2025 are:

Keri Barnett
West Chester

Women’s Lacrosse
Major: Nursing
Cumulative GPA: 3.79
Barnett led the PSAC with 105 goals and 133 points – which were both West Chester and PSAC single-season records – and also led the conference in caused turnovers with 53. She was voted the PSAC East Athlete of the Year, tallied 72 draw controls and 36 ground balls this spring, and earned IWLCA and USA Lacrosse Magazine First Team All-America status.

Men’s Golf
Major: Environmental Engineering
Cumulative GPA: 3.968
Delorenzi earned PING All-Atlantic Region honors for the third consecutive season and helped Gannon earn a spot in the NCAA Men’s Golf Division II National Championship for the fourth time in the last five years. In 13 tournaments (32 rounds) he finished with a 73.1 scoring average with three top-five finishes and seven top-10’s.

Baseball
Major: Political Sciences and Criminal Justice
Cumulative GPA: 3.85
Houtz led the PSAC in batting average (.444), total bases (118), slugging percentage (.874), and on-base percentage (.559). He was named the PSAC Eastern Division, D2CCA Atlantic Region and NCBWA Player of the Year after totaling 61 hits, 50 RBIs, 48 runs scored, 16 doubles, and 14 home runs in 2025 – ranking eighth nationally in batting average and sixth in slugging percentage.
Alexsa Hurd

Softball
Major: Early Childhood Education (Minor in Special Education)
Cumulative GPA: 3.92
Hurd was voted the PSAC Western Division Pitcher of the Year and First Team D2CCA Atlantic Region at utility/pitcher. She tossed 18 complete games, compiling an ERA of 3.13 and a Slippery Rock all-time record 243 strikeouts. She set a single-season SRU record with 16 home runs at the plate and also ranked second in school history with 48 RBIs, leading The Rock to its first PSAC West title in program history.

Women's Outdoor Track & Field
Major: Applied Behavioral Analysis (GR), School Wellness Education (UG)
Cumulative GPA: 4.0 (GR), 3.98 (UG)
Igims earned First Team All-America status in steeplechase for the second year in a row and earned the Most Outstanding Women’s Track Athlete and Overall MVP awards at the 2025 PSAC Championships. At the conference meet, she won the 1500m, 5000m, and 3000m steeplechase and was an eight-time PSAC Athlete of the Week in the 2024-25 season.

Major: Sports Management (Minor in Human Resources)
Cumulative GPA: 3.83
Korn finished the spring with an 11-2 record, a 1.81 ERA, and a 0.91 WHIP. He fired four complete games and totaled 84.1 innings pitched, 83 strikeouts, and held opposing batters to a .197 average. He was voted the 2025 NCBWA National Pitcher of the Year, the NCBWA and D2CAA Atlantic Region Pitcher of the Year, and the PSAC Western Division Pitcher of the Year.
Kelly Leszcynski

Women’s Outdoor Track & Field
Major: Middle Level Education - Math
Cumulative GPA: 3.96
Leszcynski was the NCAA National Champion in Women’s Javelin, with a school-record throw of 52.07m – the furthest throw in all of Division II this spring. The title was also the first Bloomsburg women’s track & field national championship in any event. She also was the PSAC champion in the event and won four javelin competitions in total throughout the spring.
Ryan Miller
Lock Haven
Bradford, Pa. / Bradford
Men’s Outdoor Track & Field
Major: Biology
Cumulative GPA: 4.0
Miller ran to All-America status in the 400m at the 2025 NCAA Championships, notably running a 46.58 that missed setting new All-Time Lock Haven and PSAC record by 0.01 second. He is one of the most decorated sprinters in Lock Haven program history and won the 400m at the PSAC Championships for the second consecutive season.
Matthew Muthler

Pottstown, Pa. / Owen J. Roberts
Men’s Outdoor Track & Field
Major: Information Technology
Cumulative GPA: 4.0
Muthler earned his second career All-America honor this spring after finishing with 7073 points at the NCAA meet. He was the champion in the decathlon at this spring’s PSAC Championship and was voted the meet’s Most Outstanding Men’s Field Athlete. He is a two-time PSAC champion and holds the PSAC and Lock Haven all-time records in the decathlon.
Ditte Petersen

Women’s Golf
Major: Marketing
Cumulative GPA: 4.0
Petersen is one of the most successful PSAC women’s golf student-athletes of all time. She was named the PSAC Women’s Golf Athlete of the Year for the third consecutive season, just the second golfer to ever accomplish that feat. She was also the first player in PSAC history to win three straight individual championships, finishing the spring with a team-best 76.3 scoring average over 26 rounds with six top-five finishes,six top-10’s, and three tournament wins.
