Carver delivered tremendous swims at the Stevenson University Last Chance Meet on Saturday, with the most noteworthy coming in the 400-yard individual medley. Carver's new personal best of 4:39.79 was the fastest time in the field and a new personal best that slots her ninth all-time at SU. It is also the 10th-fastest time in the event by a PSAC swimmer this season. It was a break from the norm for Carver, who specializes in distance freestyle. Carver, a Reisterstown, Md. native who was competing 10 minutes from home with the meet at Stevenson, had a busy day that also included the fastest times in the 100-yard freestyle (54.36 seconds) and 200-yard freestyle (1:56.57), the latter of which is a new season best that ranks 17th in the PSAC.
