LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference is pleased to announce its 2026 Spring Top 10 award recipients, as nominated and voted on by the Sports Information and Athletic Communication professionals of the conference.
The PSAC Top 10 was initiated in the 1998-99 academic year and is awarded to those men and women student-athletes who excel in both the classroom and athletic competition.
The honorees for Spring 2026 are:

Softball
Major: Elementary Education
Cumulative GPA: 3.86
Henn was voted the PSAC Softball East Athlete of the Year and led the PSAC in hits (94, eighth-most in Division II) as well as doubles with 20. She ranked second in runs scored (61) and triples (6) while posting a sixth-highest batting average of .413. She ranks third in program history for hits in a season and is a three-time All-PSAC East honoree, with First Team honors in 2025 and 2026 and a Second Team nod in 2024.
Paige Jenkins

Women's Lacrosse
Major: Marketing
Cumulative GPA: 3.727
Jenkins was named the PSAC Women’s Lacrosse West Defensive Player of the Year for the second consecutive season and was a First Team All-American on both the IWLCA and USA Lacrosse Magazine teams. She broke the Slippery Rock single-season and career records for caused turnovers (64) while also collecting 73 ground balls to lead the No.1-ranked defense in all of Division II with just 5.57 goals allowed per game. The Rock won its first PSAC title in program history and set a program record for wins for the third consecutive year.

Women's Lacrosse
Major: Early Childhood Education
Cumulative GPA: 3.883
Kauffman was named the IWLCA Division II Attacker of the Year after leading the nation in points with 142. She was second in the country with 110 goals and also earned PSAC Women’s Lacrosse East Athlete of the Year honors. She was named PSAC East Athlete of the Week five times and broke her own single-season program records for goals and points. She also ranked seventh in DII with 7.86 draw controls per game and led ESU to its first undefeated regular season at 17-0.
Kelly Leszcynski
Bloomsburg

Women’s Outdoor Track & Field
Major: Middle Level Education - Math
Cumulative GPA: 3.98
Leszcynski earned her second consecutive PSAC women’s javelin championship as well as Second Team All-America honors with a ninth-place finish at the national meet. She had a season-best throw of 47.87 meters and was ranked No. 1 in the conference and Atlantic Region this spring. She also received PSAC Academic All-Conference honors in both Track & Field and Women’s Basketball as a two-sport student-athlete in 2025-26. Leszcynski was also named a Spring Top 10 student-athlete in 2025.
Brady McGuire

Major: Exercise Science
Cumulative GPA: 3.59
McGuire led the PSAC in batting average at a .443 clip, collecting 66 hits, eight doubles, six homers, 48 runs scored, 29 stolen bases, and 54 RBIs. He was ranked fifth in the conference in both RBIs and stolen bases and boasted the seventh-best batting average in all of Division II as he was named 2026 PSAC Baseball West Athlete of the Year and 2026 NCBWA/D2CCA Atlantic Region Player of the Year.
Garrett Quinan
Shippensburg
Stewartstown, Pa. / Kennard-Dale
Men’s Outdoor Track & Field
Major: Civil Engineering
Cumulative GPA: 3.635
Quinan was the 2026 PSAC champion in the 10,000m with a time of 29:52.91 and added a third-place finish in the 5,000m in 15:17.92. He was a 2026 NCAA Division II Outdoor Championship qualifier in the 10K with a time of 29:37.90 (the fastest in the Atlantic Region) and was name 2026 USTFCCCA All-Atlantic Region. He was also a 2025 PSAC Fall Top 10 award winner for his efforts on the SU cross country team and has now earned three PSAC Top 10 awards in his career (including in Fall of 2023 for cross country.)
Madelayne Ruffner

Softball
Major: Elementary Education
Cumulative GPA: 3.78
Ruffner collected multiple postseason honors, including PSAC Softball East Pitcher of the Year, the D2CCA and NFCA All-Atlantic Region First Teams, and the 2025-26 Shepherd Female Athlete of the Year award. She appeared in 31 games with 23 starts, recording a 15-8 record with a 1.28 ERA, the third-lowest mark in the nation. She struck out 292 batters with just 22 walks in 164.2 innings. She ranked first in Division II in strikeouts per seven innings (12.4) and WHIP (.071).
Rasmus Seppanen
Gannon
Bastad, Sweden
Men's Golf
Major: Computer Science
Cumulative GPA: 3.700
Seppanen, the PSAC Men’s Golf Athlete of the Year, was Gannon’s top finisher at the 2026 NCAA Division II Atlantic/East Regional, tying for first place before claiming runner-up status in a six-hole playoff. He was one of only two golfers under par for that tournament. He placed 71
st at the NCAA National Championships (Gannon’s highest) and was named to the DII PING All-Region Team.
Ty Sherman
Shippensburg
Liverpool, Pa. / Greenwood
Baseball
Major: Biology (Health Professional)
Cumulative GPA: 4.00
Sherman earned 2026 PSAC East Division First Team honors after a standout season that saw him average .405 (fourth-best in the conference) with six homers, 46 RBIs, 18 extra-base hits (nine doubles, three triples), 34 runs scored, and seven stolen bases. He made all 42 starts in left field and notched 16 multi-hit and 13 multi-RBI games.
Seaton Wozniak

Men’s Outdoor Track & Field
Major: Business Management
Cumulative GPA: 4.00
Wozniak earns his second career PSAC Top 10 honor after earning Second Team All-America honors in the shot put with a 12
th place finish at this year’s NCAA Division II National Championship. He was named the PSAC Champion Scholar at the conference meet, where he was the champion in the discus throw and runner-up in the shot put. He was the only thrower in the Atlantic Region to rank in the top two in the region in two different throwing events this spring.
