Adair is serving in his 21st year with the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference. In the summer of 2010, he was named the league’s Associate Commissioner.

In his current post, Adair oversees the administration, qualification, rules and procedures associated with PSAC Championships and Awards. He also supervises the league’s communications operations and assists with related duties in select sports.

Adair began his career with the PSAC as the Sports Information Director and was promoted to the position of Assistant Commissioner for Media Relations in 2003. His more significant contributions include an extensive research project to improve PSAC records and all-conference history, enhanced functionality of the league website, implementation of a league-wide automated statistics software program and coordination of the PSAC’s 50^th Season celebration in 2000-01.

Prior to working for the PSAC, Adair was the Sports Information Director at Lock Haven University from 1997-99. In that capacity, he coordinated media relations and statistical operations for the university’s 16 varsity sports.

Adair graduated from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania with bachelor’s (1993) and master’s (1997) degrees in speech communications. While at Edinboro, Adair worked in the sports information office for three years as an undergraduate and two years as a graduate assistant.

Adair, his wife Barbara, and sons Tyler and Trevor, reside in Lock Haven.
