The event will start at 12:00 p.m. with opening remarks from the conference office, an introduction of the attendees from each institution, and lunch. When lunch has ended, all media members will be able to conduct interviews at that time.
 

Players and coaches will be arriving at 11:00 a.m. Starting at that time we will be posting content that can only be found on our Instagram page (@PSACsports).

The 2016 PSAC Football Preseason Polls will be revealed in a countdown on Twitter (@PSACsports), starting at 11:45 a.m.

Following the release of the preseason polls, video content will be posted throughout the remainder of the day on all PSAC platforms, talking to coaches and players about the upcoming season.

Throughout the day, star Slippery Rock running back Shamar Greene will be taking over the PSAC Snapchat account, chronicling his media day experience.

If attending either media day session, be sure to use the PSAC Football Media Day Geofilters on Snapchat. Throughout the year, the PSAC will have custom Snapchat filters for each championship event.

MEDIA DAY ANNOUNCEMENT
 

LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – One of the largest football-playing conferences in the NCAA, the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference will hold its annual PSAC Football Media Day on Monday, August 8. The East media day will be held at Kutztown University, while the West will meet at Slippery Rock University.

Opening remarks from the conference office will begin at noon, followed by lunch.
 
The head coach and a pair of student-athletes from each institution will be in attendance and available for questions about the upcoming 2016 season.
 
The divisional alignment is as follows:
 
East: Bloomsburg, Cheyney, East Stroudsburg, Kutztown, Lock Haven, Millersville, Shippensburg, West Chester
 
West: California, Clarion, Edinboro, Gannon, IUP, Mercyhurst, Seton Hill, Slippery Rock
