Goalkeeper
Redshirt Junior
Hershey, Pa. / Cedar Crest

Brown totaled 13 saves in a solid four-point week for the Raiders (1-0-1). The redshirtjunior goalkeeper made nine saves and earned a clean sheet in a 1-0 win over Kutztown Wednesday at home, including a diving save to deny KU's Corinne Morgan on a near-post strike almost immediately following Shippensburg's go-ahead tally. Her nine saves in that game marked her second most in a game this season (10 at Shepherd on Sept. 10) and was SU's first win over Kutztown since 2014 and the program's first regulation victory over the Golden Bears since 2013. The Raiders had been 0-12-2 over their last fourteen games in the series. On Saturday, Brown made four saves as the Raiders earned an precious road point in a 1-1 draw at Lock Haven.

Madison Miller
Gannon
Defender
Freshman
Wexford, Pa. / North Allegheny

Miller received national recognition this week with her first collegiate goal — a highlight-reel strike versus Slippery Rock that landed at No. 4 on ESPN’s SportsCenter Top 10 Plays — while helping anchor a defense that surrendered just one goal across two matches. The freshman defender’s poise and positioning were key in Gannon’s 3–0 win over The Rock (in which she also assisted on a goal) and the 1–1 draw with IUP, as the Golden Knights limited opponents to only 10 total shots and one goal on the week.
