PSAC announces addition of Daemen and D’Youville tennis programs as Associate Members in 2026-27

The additions of the three tennis programs cause the PSAC’s totals to rise to 14 women’s programs and eight men’s programs.

LOCK HAVEN, Pa – The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference announced the addition of Daemen (men’s and women’s tennis) and D’Youville (women’s tennis) beginning in the 2026-27 seasons. With the addition of the three total programs, the PSAC will now feature eight men’s tennis programs and 14 women’s programs. Daemen’s and D’Youville’s tennis programs formerly competed in the East Coast Conference (ECC) prior to joining the PSAC.

“We’re excited to welcome Daemen University and D’Youville University as associate members,” said PSAC Commissioner Steve Murray. “Following the addition of Jefferson University and Chestnut Hill University as men’s tennis associate members last spring, this continued collaboration reflects the shared responsibility conferences have to work together to stabilize sport sponsorship, particularly in Olympic sports. These partnerships strengthen competitive schedules, championship opportunities, and the overall student-athlete experience in PSAC tennis.”
