LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference announced its second set of Women's Soccer Athletes of the Week for the 2025 season. From the Eastern Division, Bloomsburg's Alexa Arrigate (Athlete of the Week) and Kutztown's Morgan O'Donnell (Defensive Athlete of the Week) earned the honors. In the West, IUP's Elle Smith (Athlete) and Edinboro's Brianna Garey (Defense) were selected.

Arrigale finished the week with three goals in two games to help Bloomsburg women's soccer go 2-0 on the week and remain unbeaten. She had two goals in 20 minutes played in a 7-0 win on Wednesday over Mansfield, netting the brace inside the first 10 minutes of the game. She then scored once in the Huskies' come-from-behind win over Millersville, giving the team its second goal in a 3-2 decision. She has surpassed her previous career-high point total (four) with this week's production alone (six.) She is carrying a streak of three consecutive matches played with a goal scored and has contributed to the Huskies' first 4-0 start to a season since 2008.

O'Donnell won both of her starts against PSAC foes Millersville and Lock Haven to keep the No. 23 Golden Bears undefeated (4-0) in 2025. She faced a combined 15 shots (eight on goal) on the weekend, making three saves in each of her two appearances. She maintains a perfect record across her three seasons at KU while saving 10 goals on the season.

Smith had five goals over two games last week, notching a brace against Lake Erie College and a hat trick in the Hawks' PSAC Opener against Seton Hill. Elle leads IUP in goals over the first four games.

Garey made 17 saves in two games, earning her second career shutout against Point Park on Wednesday in which she made nine saves. Against Slippery Rock, she saved eight shots and prior to the first goal from SRU she had held opponents off the board for 274:47.
