LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference announced its Women's Volleyball Athletes of the Week honorees. In the West, California's Olivia Weiseman was selected as Athlete of the Week while Slippery Rock's Lauren VonderHaar was named Defensive Athlete of the Week. In the East, East Stroudsburg's Anna Coulter (Athlete) and Shippensburg's Shay Kolivoski (Defensive) earned the honors.

Weiseman averaged 4.00 kills, 4.36 points and 4.39 digs per set last week, as the Vulcans played five matches against MEC programs – including a pair of NCAA Tournament programs from 2024. She registered four kill/dig double-doubles while hitting at a .255 clip. Weiseman tallied 17 kills on a .262 hitting percentage, 16 digs and two blocks in a 3-1 win at Point Park on Tuesday. Following the team’s first loss this year on Friday, the Ohio native posted 10 kills on a .345 clip and 15 digs in a 3-0 win over defending-MEC Champion West Virginia State. Weiseman finished with 15 kills and 14 digs the following morning against MEC powerhouse Wheeling before setting a career high with 21 kills on a .327 hitting percentage, plus 17 digs and two service aces, in a 3-1 victory versus Fairmont State.

VonderHaar continued a dominant senior season by leading The Rock to a perfect 4-0 record at last week’s D’Youville Tournament. The four wins marked the first time since 2017 that SRU has won four consecutive matches. In wins over Assumption, D’Youville, Kutztown and Frostburg State VonderHaar produced 32 total blocks (10 solo / 22 assisted) all the while posting 32 kills on a .289 attack percentage and serving five aces. VonderHaar had multiple blocks in every match last weekend with the highlights being a Slippery Rock single-match record 14 rejections against Assumption and a 10-kill, 11-block outburst against host D’Youville. VonderHaar leads all PSAC West athletes in both total blocks and blocks per set on the year.

Coulter consistently delivered high-impact performances across all three matches (Georgian Court, Queens, Southern New Hampshire), demonstrating remarkable efficiency and contributing significantly in multiple statistical categories. Across the three matches, Coulter amassed 34 kills with only 4 errors on 63 total attacks, resulting in a stellar .476 hitting percentage. Her most impressive outing was against Southern N.H., where she recorded 14 kills on 22 attempts with zero errors for a .636 hitting percentage. She was a force at the net, totaling 2 solo blocks and 12 block assists for a total of 14 blocks over the week. This defensive contribution is a key part of her all-around game. Coulter was a reliable source of points in every match, finishing the week with a team-high 44.0 points.

Kolivoski was named to her third All-Tournament Team in the first three weeks of the season - receiving honors at the PSAC/MEC Crossover against the best of the best in the Mountain East. Kolivoski totaled 89 digs, averaging 6.3 per set, while totaling 12 assists and a team-high seven service aces. She recorded at least 15 digs in all four matches, including 20+ digs in three of the four. In a four-set win over West Liberty, Kolivoski totaled a weekend-high 26 digs. At the completion of the weekend, Kolivoski is the PSAC's leader in digs per set (5.3), having totaled 233 digs through 44 sets.
