LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference selected this week’s baseball athletes of the week. In the East, Bloomsburg's Brady Ebbert was awarded Athlete of the Week and Millersville's Matt Seibert was named Pitcher of the Week. In the West, Seton Hill's Vincenzo Rauzo was selected Athlete of the Week and California's Roman Gill earned Pitcher of the Week.

Ebbert had a big week at the plate as he went 6-for-11 (.545 average) with seven runs batted in and three runs scored to help the Huskies go 3-1 last week. The freshman infielder had two extra-base hits as he homered and doubled, and he also reached the base paths five more times on walks.

Seibert threw Millersville's first nine-inning complete game since 2017 in the Tuesday victory over Wilmington. It was just the second start of Seibert's career and he held Wilmington to just four hits while not walking or hitting a batter. Seibert needed just 88 pitches to go the distance. In one stretch, he retired 14 consecutive batters. Only one Wilmington hitter reached scoring position.

Rauso helped the Griffins to a 5-0 week and a PSAC West title by hitting .647 (11-17). He added 6 runs scored, 2 doubles, a homer and 6 RBI on the week while going 6-6 in stolen bases. He went 5-6 in a home DH sweep of Gannon with 3 RBI as SHU clinched the PSAC West title.

Gill registered a complete-game one-hit shutout victory on Friday at Pitt-Johnstown as he tossed his third complete game of the year. He dealt a pair of strikeouts to the Mountain Cats lineup on 95 pitches. Gill collected his second win of the season on Friday and currently holds a 3.38 earned-run average and a 1.21 WHIP.
