GANNON:
Gannon plays at West Chester on Saturday. The Golden Rams are one of two PSAC teams Gannon has never beaten. WCU has won all five previous meetings, including a 29-23 decision at McConnell Family Stadium last year. 

WEST CHESTER: West Chester boasts the top offense in the conference heading into Week 3. The Golden Rams’ 901 yards of total offense through two games is the most in the PSAC while its average of 450.5 yards per game is also No. 1 in the league.

MERCYHURST: Mercyhurst got their first win of the 2023 season in front of their home crowd Saturday night as they defeated Lock Haven 41-29. A solid effort in the second in third quarters helping lift the Lakers to the 12-point win.

KUTZTOWN: Kutztown will play in front of its home crowd at Andre Reed Stadium for the first time this season Saturday, Sept. 16, when Mercyhurst visits for a noon start.

SHEPHERD: Junior quarterback Seth Morgan completed 24-of-35 passes for 413 yards and two touchdowns to lead Shepherd (2-0) to a 35-28 win over Edinboro in Week 2.

CALIFORNIA (PA): The California (PA) team scored 24-straight points in the fourth quarter to open the season with a 31-20 victory over Kutztown.

LOCK HAVEN: The Bald Eagles enter Week 3 as the top-ranked scoring offense in the PSAC with 43.5 points per game, thanks to a league-high 12 offensive touchdowns.

CLARION: Clarion is one of the least penalized teams in the PSAC through two weeks, with the offensive line leading the way; having just two penalties accepted this year.

SETON HILL: SHU defeated Shippensburg for the first time in school history with the 28-23 win last Saturday.     

EAST STROUDSBURG: The East Stroudsburg football team escaped George P. Miller Stadium with a 13-12 win last Saturday evening over the defending PSAC Champions IUP.

SHIPPENSBURG: The Shippensburg University football team fell to the Seton Hill Griffins by a final score of 28-23 Saturday in a PSAC crossover match at Seton Hill.

IUP: IUP is searching for win number 600 in program history, entering this week’s matchup versus Shippensburg with an overall record of 599-277-23.

EDINBORO: Edinboro turned in their best rushing performance of the Jake Nulph era rushing for 188 yards and three touchdowns against Shepherd.

BLOOMSBURG: Led by a stellar defensive effort that produced four interceptions, the Bloomsburg football team defeated Clarion, 21-7, Saturday afternoon.

MILLERSVILLE: Millersville won its first ever game in the city of Erie to start 2-0 for the first time since 2005.

SLIPPERY ROCK: SRU has not turned the ball over yet in 2023 and is one of just nine teams in Division II without a turnover.
