PSAC Men's Soccer Athlete of the Week - 3

LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference announced its Men's Soccer Athletes of the Week. From the East, Millersville's Roy Parkyn and Bloomsburg's Theo Jackson were selected. In the West, Seton Hill's James Aubrey and Gannon's Samuel Alarcon, received the honor.

Aubrey led SHU to a pair of wins with a 3 goal and 1 assist week.  James scored a goal in the win over District of Columbia and then added two goals and an assist in the win over Shepherd.  Aubrey scored the game winner against Shepherd.

Samuel Alarcon anchored the back line, highlighted by a crucial penalty-kick save in the 75th minute at Post that preserved the 1-1 result. He finished the week with four saves while allowing just two goals in 180 minutes of action, good for a 1.00 goals-against average.

Parkyn scored two of the three goals in the win over Lock Haven on Saturday. Parkyn leads the Marauders in scoring with three in total.

Jackson scored the Huskies' game-winning goal, the first of his collegiate career, in a 1-0 win over Frostburg State. He helped Bloomsburg secure its third shutout of the season with the victory over the Bobcats. Jackson supported the Huskies' defensive effort in holding Frostburg State to seven shots in the contest, including just two off-target attempts in the second half. He is a part of No. 22 Bloomsburg men's soccer's current three-match winning streak and a five-game unbeaten run to start the season, the first such stretch since 2021.
