LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference announced its Cross Country Athletes of the Week. Bloomsburg's Olivia Magagna was selected as the Women's Cross Country Athlete of the Week, while Shippensburg's Tommy Crum Jr. earned the Men's Cross Country Athlete of the Week honor.

Freshman standout Olivia Magagna once again led the Bloomsburg women's cross country team as she took fourth overall and helped the Huskies to a team fifth-place finish at the Lock Haven Invite, Saturday morning. Maganga ran a collegiate-best time of 21:38.2 to finish fourth. She dropped 0:21.9 off of her previous best time in a 6K race as a member of the Huskies.

The Shippensburg University men's cross country team used a perfect 1-2-3 finish Saturday to win the Dickinson "Short" Invitational with a perfect team score on a muggy afternoon at Big Spring High School. After running in lockstep with Williamson's Chase Ely for the majority of the race, the Raider triumvirate of Tommy Crum Jr., Garrett Quinan and Ryan Wolfe pulled away at the finish line. Crum's victorious 4K time of 11:46.6 was just nine-tenths of a second ahead of Quinan.
