The Rock advanced all the way to the NCAA national semifinals last spring before finally falling, 15-13, to Adelphi. The team was the Atlantic Region champion after a win over West Chester, and plenty of talent returns in 2026. 2025 Western Division Defensive Player of the Year Paige Jenkins is back, one of five Western Division First Team All-Conference returnees that also include Grace Rotter (53 goals, 29 assists in 2025), Reagan Richeson (50 goals, 11 assists), Isabella Buono (31 goals, 18 assists), and Leora Owings (27 goals, 22 assists.) The Rock allowed just 181 goals in 21 games (8.6 per game), the lowest average in the PSAC, and scored 302, second only to West Chester for the conference lead.
Voted No. 2 in the 2026 poll, Seton Hill (13-6, 8-2 PSAC), return Western Division Athlete of the Year Mila Udovicic, who scored 34 goals and dished out a league-best 56 assists last spring. Udovicic is the team’s only returning All-Conference player, with four others lost to graduation. As a team, the Griffins were fourth in the PSAC in both goals scored (266) and allowed (192) last season.
The Lock Haven Bald Eagles (9-8 overall, 6-4 PSAC) claim the No. 3 spot in the poll for the second year in a row and return Western Division Freshman of the Year Gretchen King, the LHU goalie who ranked second in the conference in save percentage (.493) and third in saves (181). Additional returning All-Conference players from last season include Second Team honorees Gabby Gunnip (a team-high 51 goals, 14 assists) and defender Mackenna Brown (35 ground balls, 28 caused turnovers), who was part of a Bald Eagle defense that allowed just 196 goals, the fifth-best mark in the PSAC.
