PSAC Men's Basketball Athletes of the Week - 14

LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference has announced its Men’s Basketball Athletes of the Week. In the West, IUP's Dallis Dillard (Athlete of the Week) and Seton Hill's Kedrick Curtis (Defensive Athlete) were selected. In the East, West Chester's Gabe Moss (Athlete) and Millersville's Cesar Tchilombo (Defensive) were honored.

Dallis averaged 24.5 points per game over two wins for the Hawks this week, including a high of 29, while shooting 50 percent from the floor and being perfect from the free-throw line against Clarion. He averaged six assists per game, recording a 2:1 assist-to-turnover ratio. He made a total of 15 field goals and five shots from behind the arc. He was one minute off his season high against Seton Hill, playing 38 of the 40 minutes.

Curtis averaged a double-double of 20 points and 12 rebounds over a pair of game for the Griffins.  He added 9 assists, 3 steals and a block.  Curtis posted a double double of 22 points and 12 rebounds while scoring his 1,000th career point in the contest at IUP.

Moss had an excellent week for the PSAC East leading the West Chester men’s basketball team as the forward scored in double figures in a pair of games, including his first double-double as a Golden Ram on Wednesday night at Shepherd. At Shepherd, Moss scored 17 points and grabbed 11 rebounds, while also coming away with a block and a steal in the win over the Rams. Moss scored his 17 points on 7-of-10 shooting before coming one-point shy of matching his career high as a Golden Ram with 23 points on 10-of-13 shooting in the win over Lock Haven on Saturday. In addition to his 23 points, Moss also recorded eight rebounds, three assists, a steal, and a block in the win over the Bald Eagles.

Tchilombo helped Millersville to two road wins in which they held the opponents to 63 and 54 points. He averaged 9.5 rebounds, 3.5 blocks and 1.5 steals per game in just 25 minutes per game. He totaled nine boards, three blocks and two steals against Kutztown and then swatted four shots to go with 10 boards (nine on the defensive glass) and a steal against Bloomsburg.
