LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference has announced the 2025-26 Men's Basketball All-Conference Teams and Major Award winners.
The All-Conference teams and Major Awards are determined by votes from the conference's head coaches. Voting was concluded after the regular season and prior to the beginning of the PSAC tournament.
EAST
Millersville's Day Waters was voted PSAC Eastern Division Athlete of the Year. The senior ranked first in the East in scoring at 19.7 points per game and was also top-5 in the East with 69 three-pointers made. He also ranked second in the PSAC in free throws made with 120 while his 34.6 minutes played per game average was the highest in the Eastern Division.
Another Millersville Marauder, Aamir Hurst, earned PSAC Eastern Division Defensive Player of the Year honors. Hurst was ranked top-25 in the conference in both blocks (.6 per game) and steals (1.6) for a Ville team that earned the East's No. 1 seed in the PSAC Tournament and was second in the conference in points allowed per game at 71.7 ppg.
East Stroudsburg's Adrian Brito was named PSAC Eastern Division Freshman of the Year and averaged 12.3 points and 5.2 rebounds per game. He added 60 assists, 28 blocks, and 24 steals to his season totals.
Shepherd head coach Justin Namolik was awarded with Eastern Division Coach of the Year honors after finishing the regular season 19-9 (15-6 PSAC) and claiming the East's No. 3 seed and a share of the regular season East Division championship.
WEST
IUP's Dallis Dillard was voted PSAC Western Division Athlete of the Year after completing an impressive season that saw him average 20.5 points to lead all conference scorers. He was also second in the PSAC with 5.0 assists per game and first in steals with 2.5 per game.
California's Bryson Lucas earned Western Division Defensive Player of the Year honors and was fourth in the conference in rebounding at 9.7 per game, third in blocks at 1.3 per game, and fourth in steals at 2.1 per game.
Edinboro's Rowan Carmichael is the 2025-26 Western Division Freshman of the Year and averaged 16.5 points and 2.0 rebounds per game. He also totaled 59 assists and 29 steals for the season.
Gannon head coach Easton Bazzoli was named Western Division Coach of the Year after guiding the Golden Knights to a 26-2 overall record, 19-1 conference mark, the West's No. 1 seed for the conference tournament, and frequent top national rankings throughout the season.
