LOCK HAVEN, Pa. --- The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference announced the next set of Men’s and Women’s Swimming Athletes for Week 12 for the 2024-25 season. From Shippensburg, Robbie Ferlick was selected as the Men's Swimming Athlete of the Week and from East Stroudsburg, Vera Renshof earned the Women's Swimming Athlete of the Week.

In last weekend's meet against Felician, Renshof swam the anchor leg of ESU's program and pool record 800 freestyle relay (time of 7:42.77) that broke an 11-year-old school record by 10 seconds. She also came within .02 seconds of breaking a school record in the 100 yard IM, finishing with a time of 1:00.56 in a time trial. Renshof also swam the final leg of the Warriors' first-place 200 freestyle relay, which finished in 1:38.27.

At Saturday's Bison Invite, Ferlick paced the Raiders in the 100-yard freestyle (48.21), the 100-yard butterfly (53.79), and 50-yard freestyle (21.76). He also swam the 100-yard breaststroke (1:09.50) and swam freestyle on the 200-yard medley relay (1:37.25) and the 200-yard freestyle relay (1:26.83). SU was the only D2 school competing at the D1 meet.
