Petersen led Gannon to the championship of the Cav Classic hosted by Walsh in Canton, Ohio, finishing as the medalist. After shooting a two-under par 70 on the opening day, the lone round under par on the day, she added a 78 on Tuesday for a 148 total, 4-over par. She led by five strokes after the first day and won by five strokes. Philadelphia, Pa. / Springside Chestnut Hill Academy
Schotsch won the MU Women's Invitational on a tiebreaker with Shepherd's Sara Veara and helped Millersville to its program-record-tying fifth win of the season. Schotsch bested a field of 64 golfers, including golfers from seven other PSAC programs. The decider between Schotsch and Veara was Schotsch's score on the course's No. 1 handicap hole, which Schotsch parred and Veara bogeyed. It was the third win of Schotsch's career, moving her into fourth in Millersville history.
