Sophomore
State College, Pa. / Saint Joseph's Academy

Peters' final round 69 put him into a playoff where he finished as the Abarta Coca-Cola Invitational runner-up to Merrimack's Kai-Jun Huang. Peters' play led Millersville to a fifth-place finish against 15 Division I programs. Peters represented the only Division II program in the field, and he very nearly pulled off his third win in as many starts. His 1-under 71 in the opening round put him two shots out of the lead, and he followed that by matching the best round of the tournament on Monday. The sudden victory playoff was determined on the first hole where Peters was edged by Huang.
