PSAC Women's Soccer Athletes of the Week - 5

LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference announced it's fifth set of Women's Soccer Athletes of the Week for the 2026 season. From the West, Slippery Rock's Peyton Los (Athlete of the Week) and  Lock Haven's Devon Mason (Defensive Athlete of the Week) were recognized. In the East, East Stroudsburg's Kali O'Connell (Athlete of the Week) and Bloomsburg's Daryn Savage (Defensive Athlete of the Week) earned the honors.

Los, a freshman midfielder from Sarver, Pennsylvania, had four points on two goals during a 2-0-0 week for Slippery Rock. Los scored her first career brace, including a game-winning goal on five shots on goal in 63 minutes of play in a 6-2 win over California (Pa.). Los followed that up with one shot in a 1-0 win over Indiana University (Pa.) in 65 minutes on the pitch.

Mason led the Bald Eagles to an unbeaten week in PSAC West play, with a pair of shutouts against UPJ and Cal (Pa.).  The freshman finished the week with two clean sheets and nine saves, while facing 21 shots over two matches. In the 1-0 victory at UPJ, Mason stopped six shots on target and face 11 shots from the Mountain Cats. In the scoreless draw vs. Cal (Pa.), Mason made three saves and face 10 shots.  Mason now has six shutouts in her first season of collegiate soccer.

Scored a goal and recorded an assist in ESU's 6-0 win against Lackawanna.Scored the game tying goal against Millersville to earn the 1-1 draw.

Savage helped Bloomsburg go 2-0 in PSAC action last week, playing all 180 minutes of game time across the two contests. She became one of just 11 players in Division II this season to record at least three assists in a match, helping the Huskies score on all three efforts in the team's 3-2, come-from-behind victory over Shippensburg. She becomes one of three players since 2011 to record three assists in one match for the Huskies, is the only defender to do so, and is the only player in the PSAC this season to have a three-assist performance -- which is also tied for the second-most in a match in BU program history.
