LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference announced its sixth set of Women's Soccer Athletes of the Week for the 2025 season. From the Eastern Division, Bloomsburg's Anika Krasnai (Athlete of the Week) and Kutztown's Morgan O'Donnell (Defensive Athlete of the Week) earned the honors. In the West, IUP's Elle Smith (Athlete) and Maddie Miller (Defensive) were selected for the second consecutive week.

Krasnai helped No. 20 Bloomsburg to a 2-0 week in conference play, with wins over Shippensburg and Millersville. She finished the week with a goal and an assist, both coming in the Huskies' 2-1 win over the Marauders and was the catalyst in the comeback effort against Millersville, scoring the game-tying goal 30 seconds after a Marauders' goal before recording the assist on the game-winning score 90 seconds later. She recorded her first game with multiple goal contributions on the season and second in her career and has now set new career-best season totals in goals (2) and assists (3).

O'Donnell secured a pair of shutouts on the week in Kutztown's 1-0 win at Shepherd and 2-0 win against Lock Haven. She totaled six saves across the two games, including four against a Shephard attack that took 12 total shots and had not lost or been shut out over 16 regular season games dating back to October 2024. O'Donnell dropped her goals against average to .667 across 11 games, which is third-best in the PSAC.

Smith scored four goals and tallied two assists in two matches this week, a 4-0 win over Edinboro and a 3-1 win over Clarion. Seven of her ten points came in one match against Edinboro, which included a hat trick and an assist. It was her fifth multi-goal game of the season and her second hat trick.

Miller anchored a Gannon back line that limited Clarion and Seton Hill to a combined three goals across two matches while controlling possession and tempo throughout. She also contributed offensively, scoring twice — including a key first-half goal that set the tone in the road win at Clarion.
